I'm the person teams reach for when a platform problem needs both architecture and somebody who can explain it clearly.

Fifteen-plus years into production software, I still do my best work where the hard part is not just the code, but the translation around it. I came up through front-end engineering, moved deeper into platform work and integrations, and now spend most of my time designing systems for marketing, loyalty, and customer-data products.

That bridge work is still the unlock for me. I like untangling platform sprawl, shaping implementation plans, and turning complicated systems into something product teams, client teams, and executives can all move on.

Outside my day job, I founded Major Solutions Studio, a founder-led practice where I turn focused AI and software ideas into live products and client-ready systems with a bias toward clear positioning and shippable scope.
